With the FreedomSoft's Notification area, you can quickly view any text replies or voicemails you have.
Navigating to your Notifications:
1) On the home page, select the "SMS" phone icon.
2) The next screen will show all incoming texts and voicemails your account has. Clicking the message will allow you to reply.
From here you can:
- Edit the Status of the Lead Record
- Mark a message as "Hidden, "Read", "Unread".
- Filter "Read Status" or "Campaign".
