When viewing a large number of records, you may want to filter and sort to narrow down a search. Using the Advanced Search in FreedomSoft will allow you to control the specific fields you search on to find the exact data you're looking for. Add as many fields as you like!
Using the Advanced Search:
1) When viewing records throughout FreedomSoft, in the top right hand corner you can search based on popular fields quickly. This allows you to quickly narrow down your cohort of records based on Property Address, Primary Contact, Phone Number, Email, Owner of Record, and Mailing Address.
2) To filter and search in greater detail, select the filter icon in the top right hand corner. This will open up the Advanced Search.
3. From here you can add one or many filters to narrow down the specific search you are looking for. Within the "Add Filter" drop down, you will see every default field and custom field inside of your account. All of this can be filtered on.
