FreedomSoft's Leads Inbox is a single screen/location in your account that allows you to see ALL inbound lead activity regardless of the lead's source; phone call, text message, web form submission, email submission, Zapier etc...
Never miss another lead or another payday.
To access the Leads Inbox, go to the Leads tab in your account and click Leads Inbox.
What you'll immediately see are all inbound leads sorted by most recent at the top. Inbound phone call leads, inbound text message leads, inbound web form submissions, they're all here in one place making it very easy to track.
Hover over the Leads Inbox tab and you'll two options appear; Seller Leads and Buyer Leads. Seller Leads will be the default for all users in your account but that can be changed to Buyers by clicking the star icon to turn it green.
Note - if you have a team in your FreedomSoft account, each person can set the default based on which lead types they talk to most.
To quickly view all recent inbound phone call and SMS/text activity, click the orange Active Conversations button pictured below.
Note - long time FreedomSoft users will recognize that is what used to be called the Notifications page.
The Active Conversations page shows all recent phone related activity and filters out leads from web forms and other online sources.
To minimize the Active Conversations popup window, simply click either the - icon in the upper, left corner or the blue Leads Inbox button to the right like you see below.
When minimized, you'll see the cell phone icon in the below screenshot regardless of which page in FreedomSoft that you navigate to. To reopen the popup window, simply click the cell phone icon.
To close out the Active Conversations popup window, click the X icon.
To view your lead capture campaigns in FreedomSoft, click the Campaigns tab which is located right next to the Leads Inbox tab.
From the Campaigns tab, you can also create a new lead campaign by clicking on the blue New Campaign button.
You have the ability to further organize your leads on the Leads Inbox page using groups. To edit your Groups, click the gear icon pictured below.
Click New Group to add a new one.
Groups can be reordered by clicking and dragging the 3 dots icon.
Be sure to click the blue Save Changes button once complete.
Use the Groups button in the gray tool bar to move leads into and out of groups.
- First you'll select the leads that you want to place into a particular group.
- Move To will place the leads exclusively into the group you select.
- Copy To will allow the leads to live in multiple groups simultaneously.
Search capabilities are also possible from the Leads Inbox page. You have the option to use the more basic search as pictured below.
Or the advanced search functionality by clicking the funnel icon.
In summary, the Leads Inbox in FreedomSoft is the one place you can go to never miss your inbound leads regardless of where those leads are coming from which means it will help you and your team, if you have one, to close more deals.
