Overview

FreedomSoft's OfferBot saves you countless hours by allowing users to send hundreds of offers at one time. It also allows you to use our automatic follow up system so nothing falls through the cracks. Navigate to Marketing > OfferBot > Create Campaign.

Steps

Step 1: Setup Your Campaign

Campaign Information

• Name your Campaign something you can recognize it by.
• Schedule when you want it to begin.

Create Offer Package

• Select a document Template and upload a Proof of Funds from your computer if you wish.

Setup your Offer Details

• Click Next

Step 2: Import Your Properties

• Upload your CSV MLS file with your properties. You can download an example property list file here.
  
• Select what is listed in the first row of the Spreadsheet. For example, if your spreadsheet has titles or headers in the first row, select Column Headers.

Step 3: Map Your Fields

• Map your fields by select
  
• You must at the least match the bold (required) fields in order to go to the next step.
• Click Next once you are satisfied.

Step 4: Import Preview

• Double check that your import field are correctly entered.
• Click Next

Step 5: Fill in the Blanks

• Fill in the information for the county, acceptance date, and closing date.
• Click Next

Step 6: Review the contract

• Review the contract to make sure everything lines up correctly.
• Click Next

Step 7: Compose Email

• Use the email template the you wish or create your own.

• Click Finish

Step 8: Refresh

• Simply refresh the page to see your property offers.
• If you wish to see the property details, simply click on your property name.
• To view the properties, simply click on the number of properties.
