Overview

Various functionality (document templates, email templates, mail templates, etc.) in FreedomSoft leverage “User Variables” in order to prevent repetitive entry. FreedomSoft will use your My Account > My Profile information along with your account’s company profile to populate these variables.

Examples

When the below contract is generated, FreedomSoft will replace the {!user_first_name} variable with the first name in your profile and {!user_last_name} with the last name in your profile.

When the below email is sent, FreedomSoft will replace the {!user_first_name} variable with the first name in your profile and {!user_last_name} with the last name in your profile.

When the below direct mail campaign is generated, FreedomSoft will replace the {!user_first_name} variable with the first name in your profile and {!user_last_name} with the last name in your profile.
