Overview

With a Stuff & Stick Direct Mail campaign, we create the letters for you. You print them, stuff them, stamp them, and mail them. Just navigate to Marketing > Direct Mail > Create Standard Campaign.

Steps

The first step is to select the type of Mail Piece/s you would like to send by clicking the green Add Mail Piece button.

You will then confirm your personal information as you would like to have it merged into your campaign, then choose your Campaign Start Date.

Next you will be taken to a page where you will import your mailing list.  You will choose either Column Headers (if you have headers, e.g. Contact Name, Address, City, etc) or Data (if you will have to identify that information).

You'll then match up your Source Fields (Column Headers/first line of data) to the Destination Fields.  Those required will be in bold. You'll highlight your source field and your destination field, then click 'match fields."

You will be shown a preview of your data for you to verify that the information is correct, then taken to a page so you can review the details of your campaign before we create your campaign.  If you see anything wrong, you can choose to "Go Back" and make changes; if everything looks good, choose "Finsh" and we'll upload your letters for your use.

You'll be taken your Campaign History page where you can view all your campaigns and proceed with printing, stuffing, stamping, etc.  Note that it can take a few minutes for your campaign to load, especially if it is a large campaign.
