Overview

When sending an email, a buyer broadcast, outsourcing a lead or email autoresponders FreedomSoft lets you pick from a list of pre-written email templates instead of typing up emails each time. Setup > Email Templates is where you will manage email templates. Be creative and think about all the different types of parties (Buyers, sellers, attornies, etc.) you'll be sending emails to.

Email Templates

Right out of the gate, FreedomSoft gives you a number of pre-written email templates for your use. These system templates have have the FreedomSoft logo adjacent to them. From here you can Edit, Copy, Delete or Create a Template:

Creating a template is just like composing an email. You need to (D) name your template, (E) add a subject, and (F) compose your email's content. Use the (G) {PROPERTY}, {BUYER} and {YOU} drop downs to insert variables in your email body to harness the power of your Freedom$oft account's database.

When you're finished, just click (H) Save & Close and this template will be ready to use for your mail campaigns.

WYSIWYG Editor

We provide a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor so you can easily format your emails to include some flair. To see what each design tool does, place your mouse over an icon and a brief description will appear:

Frequently Asked Questions

How come there are no FreedomSoft Buyer email templates?

There are no buyer email templates because there is no single best way to send out a Buyer Email. Below are some suggestions for what to write:

1. Creative subject line that grabs attention (ie: "a tasty little deal in 33606" "cool duplex is waiting for YOU!") 
2. In the body of the email include basic details about the property & pricing 
3. Include a call-to-action (your phone number and link to website) 
4. Leave some info out (ie: photos) to give them a reason to click out to your website.

 Can I edit the confirmation request email for sellers?  

I'm sorry, but the confirmation email sent to users cannot be edited at this time.
