Overview

Adding a website to your Freedom$oft account couldn't be easier. We've detailed the four step process in detail below. If you still have questions or problems with adding a website, feel free to hit us up at support@freedomsoft.com.

The Steps

Step 1: Goto Setup > Websites and click the green Add Website button.

Step 2: Select a website Type and Category so that we can present to you the most applicable gallery of awesome website themes to chose from. Each website type has a subset of website categories. The website category allows you to target a specific real estate niche. When you choose a category we automatically tailor the copy of your website squeeze page, autoresponder sequence, and opt-in report to target that niche. The choices are:

1. Buyer Site - Landlord/Rehabber or Short Sale sites
2. Seller Site - Motivated Seller, Short Sale or Loan Mod sites
3. Contact Site - Private Lender sites

At this point you can choose to use a domain that you already registered elsewhere, or whether you would like to register a brand new domain for your website. If you wish to register a new domain you can skip down to Register a New Domain Name for your Website

Use a Domain Name That You Already Own

Step 3: Enter your previously registered domain name
Step 4: Click the green Save Changes button

You're not done. You now have to log into your registrar (ie: GoDaddy) and make some changes in order to point your previously registered domain name to the Freedom$oft web servers. Goto the Domain Name Management page for detailed instructions on how to do this with some of the most popular registrars.

Register a New Domain Name for your Website

Step 3: Enter a domain name that you'd like to register
Step 4: Click the green Search button
Step 5: If the domain name that you entered is available, click the green Register Domain button

Is Your Website Online?

Go to Manage Websites and you should see a green 'Online' notifcation next to your website.

Please note that if you are using a previously registered domain that after you update the A records with your registrar, it could take up to 12 hours for the changes to propagate throughout the global internet. However it typically takes approximately 1 hour.
