Overview

We made it easy for you to automatically generate your offers, contracts, cover letters, and more. You can even arrange your templates into packages so you can generate a group of documents that you use often for specific real estate transactions.

Just create your document templates once, and then use them forever. Use our standard templates, or upload and customize your own.

Manage Contract Templates

A: Navigating to Setup > Document Templates will allow you to setup and manage all the document templates you use daily for your business.
B: Documents adjacent to the Freedom$oft logo are system templates that we provide for you by default.
C: While system templates can't be deleted, they can be copied so that you can customize them.
D: Only non-system templates can be deleted.
E: Need to add a document? Go ahead and upload it.

Manage Template Packages

Group and arrange your documents into packages so you can quickly generate a group of documents that you use often for specific real estate transactions.

A: Navigating to Setup > Document Packages will allow you to setup and manage document packages.
B: Packages adjacent to the Freedom$oft logo are system templates that we provide for you by default.
C: Documents contained within a package are listed under the "Templates" heading.
D: Need to group certain documents into a new package? Click green Create Package button.
